Four steps
- The creator fees of $ACM are forwarded to the keeper.
- Every six hours, 80% of what arrived buys ANTHROPIC.
- One public wallet holds it, and every buy has a signature.
- On the first day ANT trades, it is sold and paid out in SOL.
Terms
- 80% of every forwarded fee buys ANTHROPIC into the treasury.
- 10% buys $ACM back and burns it, on Mondays.
- 10% pays the RPC and the server.
- Holders of $20 and up are paid, pro rata, in SOL.
- They then sign for the next company.
The token
ANTHROPIC is issued by PreStocks. It is not a share: PreStocks holds shares through special purpose vehicles and issues a token for the exposure.

Read off the token's own mint every pass, not typed here. Every one of those powers belongs to PreStocks. The treasury's reading already goes through that multiplier.
The risks
PreStocks publishes no automatic conversion at an IPO, and its redemption is a manual request with a minimum, a fee and KYC that it does not promise to honour.
So this treasury never asks PreStocks for anything. It sells the token on the open market, which needs nobody's permission, and that works whatever PreStocks decides.
In May 2026 Anthropic and OpenAI both said the share transfers into those vehicles are invalid without board approval. The issuer can pause the token or freeze an account, and the settlement then says so instead of showing a number. The listing can slip; the treasury simply waits.
What this is not
Not affiliated with Anthropic PBC and not endorsed by it. Nothing here is investment advice and $ACM is not a security. Holding it gives you no share, no vote and no claim in the company. The treasury holds a public token, and that is the whole of it.
